Hospital Management 
When construction of the hospital is complete, CMR if required, can offers hospital management services to manage and run the whole hospital on behalf of the ownership and gives to the ownership regularly detailed reports on management and financial operation. This gives the ownership the duly control, and at the same time, the facility/hospital is being managed by professional people who are well trained at international level in hospital operation and, if required, according with WHO guidelines or other international wellknown standard.

In all hospital management projects, CMR uses managers who are well trained and experienced in the different hospital departments, and has a consultant check their management of the hospital. During the contract period, CMR consultants hire and train local managers, technicians, and medical staff to supervise and operate the different kind of specialities within the given hospital in the best way possible to make sure the patient receives the best of care.
